As asbestos removal contractors, we are undertaking more work within the domestic / residential
sector. This work comprises of the removal and disposal of asbestos clad garages and asbetos
garage roofs, asbestos water tanks from lofts, asbestos cement flues etc.
When replacing asbestos containing roof structures, SASS work in conjunction with local builders
who are known for their high standard of workmanship. Our chosen builders will reinstate the roof
immediatly after its removal. This obviously ensures the integrity of the structure from both water
damage and its security. In the majority of cases, the removal and reinstatement can be completed within a day

Specialist Asbestos and Safety Services carried a Type 2 Asbestos Survey on our nursery building recently.
The service we received was excellent and fitted around us. As we are a Day Nursery and it was important the survey took place out of normal nursery hours. S.A.S.S arranged and completed the survey for us on a Saturday morning.
The survey itself was carried out professionally and Chris explained clearly what they had done and where and why samples had been taken from.
Once the survey was completed I was clearly informed as to what the next steps were to be and given a date for the reports completion.
The report took a week to complete and S.A.S.S contacted me the day it was completed to organise a visit for the handover. The handover was thorough and clear. The report itself was concise and very easy to understand with all aspects clearly referenced via sample location photographs and clear sample references
